Title: Automatic image cropping software
Post by: The Thing on May 11, 2008, 16:38:54
Has anyone come across or got software that will allow you to specify an area on a first image and then use that to crop a folder full? I have just taken some shots of the Moon (Minolta Dynax D7, 300mm f2 lens, EQ1 mount) and only want to process the central section i.e. junk the lovely blue sky that fills most of the shots.

TIA

Duncan

Doug,

Most image processing software has a 'batch processing' option, which allows you to do to a whole batch of images what you do to the first one. Try that out.
