Chris,

I love that hi-res moon image.  Is it a single frame or is it stacked?  Which camera did you use?

Hi,

Its a mosaic of 15 sets of avi's ED80 + 2x barlow giving 1,200mm FL @ F15.  I used my DMK mono camera at 60fps for the capture and imerge to put it together.

I will do some sharpening on it soon to see what it looks like.

Chris

P.S. Thanks for the comment.

Very nice Chris.

There is a chap who specialises in razor sharp lunar image processing, will forward the link if I ever find it again.  He used multiple layers processed in different ways - may help or may not...

Nice one Chris. I did a couple of the moon last night, but with DMK & 6" x2 barlow. Need to get another x2.
Interesting to do a mosaic

Thanks all,

Robert its High Pass filters you are probably thinking off, I will get to do this when I reprocess some of the frames, they do not quite line up.
