I read that. Does that mean I can get the council to switch the streetlight off outside our bedroom window for good of my health?

Although the report considered children and the use of nightlights and such it is a general comment that generally the western world has forgotten what dark is.

Light pollution got a slot on Today (Radio 4) this mrning. Guy from the CPRE was being interviewed. He completely forgot to mention the economic costs of light pollution. Had the opportunity to as well.

Other than that, wasn't a bad report.
