Title: NGC4565 - Needle Galaxy in Mono

NGC 4565 (also known as the Needle Galaxy or Caldwell 38) is an edge-on spiral galaxy about 30 to 50 million light-years away in the constellation Coma Berenices.
Total exposure 13hrs,

Nice clean and sharp image John.  One would never know you only started just over a year ago.

This is a target I have never done.

That's really nice John, the dust lane and background galaxies are very well defined. It shows that hours pay in this game.
