Title: And another one from last week - Iris Nebula wide field
Post by: Roberto on Sep 17, 2023, 20:32:23
The couple of nights before the weekend were quite transparent and the seeing was very good.  This allowed me to image NGC7023 and continue testing my medium format camera for correct backfocus and tilt with its non-native reducer.

NGC7023 - Iris Nebula

Taken with usual tandem setup, one scope imaging in L (or NB) and the other OSC.

Great result.  I find the dust clouds near the Iris very interesting.
