Title: Iris Nebula (Another reprocessed image)

(I have just tried to create this topic and it seemed to disappear - if it is duplicated please ignore.)

This was imaged under a 99% full moon on 7th December 2022 - this turned out to be a bad thing. A good imagination will let you see the dark areas of the nebula. I have reprocessed with new items of software, notably GraXpert to remove a horrendous gradient.

RGB all 80 x 45secs, L 240 x 20secs.

Very brave to attempt it at all from Bromley, let alone with a full Moon.

You ought to come down to our Deep Sky camps.  The B&B is available, see Roy's post this evening,  He booked it but he and Sue are down with Covid and can't go.
