Title: Cederblad 51 in HaRGB (in the Head of Orion)
Post by: Carole on Feb 27, 2023, 18:01:34
Taken from the back garden in Bromley over 4 nights.

Dual Rig
Atik460EX & SW ED80
Atik460EX and SW ED72

Ha (both scopes) 20 x 600secs
Ha ED72 46 x 300 binned in error
RGB 16, 11 & 15 x 300secs binned respectively
Really needs some Luminance, I took some but it was horrible even with a LP filter.
So just processed in HaRGB.

Total imaging time 14 1/2 hours (and still noisy)

That's an interesting target, I've not heard of that catalogue before. Looking at some the other examples on the internet you have done well to get as much detail as you have from your location.
