Title: WR134 from Bromley
Post by: Carole on Oct 15, 2022, 21:04:25
Not one of my better images.  It is also the longest amount of time I have spent on one image, so I guess it needs darker skies.

Captured on a dual rig with 6 1/2 hours Ha and 8 3/4 hours Oiii using various different length subs trying to bring out the Oiii detail.

Processing all these different lengths and from two different set ups was quite a challenge particularly as my computer also went on the blink at the same time and had to transfer the whole lot to a laptop for processing.

SWED72 and Atik 460EX

Total imaging time:15 1/4 hours

That's a very good shot Carole!  Great colours.  Mine was taken when Cygnus was just reaching zenith after midnight so less LP; you have done very well given where it is now.

That looks like a good result to me.  It's an interesting object.

Thanks Mark, I guess it should really be done in a dark location, but have virtually run out of targets I can do from home so decided to have a bash.
