Nice Moon Pic Mac.
Yesterday evening (still light) the Moon was looking perfect for observing and spent some time on it with my bino's.

That is really nice Mac. LX200 has cleaned up nicely.
Loads of detail but a bit orange peely on the full mag 4k version. I would try a tiny tiny bit of smoothing.

Havent got back to using registax, i'll visit it again.
I do have a load of other images, but need to sort out the different iso's
cant find the 200 iso one's I dragged and dropped them but not too sure where the went on the mac.
I'll have to have a good look and try to add them again.
Mac.
Nice image Mac, must be nice to get out and start doing things again.
I do agree with Duncan though I've never heard it called 'orange peely' before :)
Hi Mac
Nice image but you owe me nothing as I have slept since then and I do not remember. :D
With regards to orange peel effect I did get it on a car I sprayed about 30 years a go with a vacuum cleaner.
Julian
I can't image the Moon but always appreciate you Moonies :P,
Wonderful capcha Mac,
Roger
