Title: Bubble Nebula in Ha from kelling Heath
Post by: Carole on Apr 21, 2015, 14:14:08
It was not supposed to be clear last night, but in fact it was clear but very murky about 30 degrees downwards.  This object eventually moved into the murk, so I stopped imaging.  Apparently if was fog.

Another great image Carole. Lots of detail.

I can't believe how busy you've been!

That's an excellent Bubble - very smooth.

It was clear Sunday, Monday and Tuesday after you left Mark.  Monday had some fog affecting visibility certainly anything lower than 45 degrees latitude - which was the night I took this bubble, so pretty pleased with the result in the circumstances.  Bubble was not on the planned list, just something to do while I was waiting for my main target to appear, but by then the fog had got too bad and had to stop.

Mono imaging is certainly a lot easier than colour.
