Title: M45

This looks a bit better than it deserves. I managed to get L, R and B on 26th December - no time for G. I thought that I would process it anyway to see how it looks and created a G channel by mixing R and B. For a change, the Moon was not interfering. I will reprocess it with proper G when I can get the data.

Telescope: Sharpstar 15028 HNT on iOptron CEM 25P. Focus, filters, plate solve and guiding all on ZWO ASIAir Pro.

Processing - Pixinsight (looking forward to Roberto's masterclass).

Data -
L: 15 secs x 500
R: 45 secs x 80
B: 45 secs x 68 (lost subs when some clouds came over).

I wanted to image M45 because you have to really! Also, it was the first thing I ever tried to image in December 2018 and I wanted to see if I have improved.

I hope that you enjoyed Christmas and I wish everyone a Happy New Year,

John
