The link from the post is link http://messenger.jhuapl.edu/gallery/sciencePhotos/image.php?gallery_id=2&image_id=1296 and works fine here on Mac Safari, Firefox and Chrome, on Linux Firefox and Chrome, and on whatever my Android phone's using.
Check pop-up blockers and such to see whether any of them are getting in the way.
