Title: Tulip Nebula Sh2-101 RP
Post by: Carole on Mar 26, 2021, 09:17:00
I took this back in 2019 at Cairds with my Atik428EX and ED120.
Ha 3.5nm 15 x 600
Oiii & Sii binned 300 x 8 each
RGB 4 x 100 binned Each
Mount HEQ5

I was never happy with the final processing, so thought I would have another "go" at it.

This is the original process, I was never happy with:

This is the re-vamped version I did last night.

Carole - the reworking has made quite a difference!  Well worth the effort, I'd say

It's a great result.  But to honest I'm not sure which I prefer.  There are features of both I really like!
