Links to useful reference documents
« on: Jan 20, 2011, 12:54:23 »
It would be handy if all really useful links, articles etc. were combined and stickied for future reference as is Macs "Never in the field etc................."

After liasing with Rick it was felt that rather than have a whole heap of posts all stickied, a single post with all the links and descriptions would keep it all in one place and nice and tidy

First one that springs to mind is the Astro Imagers kit from Chris

http://forum.orpington-astronomy.org.uk/index.php?topic=7046.0

So, any others ?

Edit: Please only add posts containing links to documents here. Take discussion elsewhere... -- Rick.

Coronado Manual
The manual/instructions for the society Coronado appears to have gone missing.

This may help overcoming difficulties for first time users.

An explanation of wavelets - for dummies of course ;)

https://georgemdallas.wordpress.com/2014/05/14/wavelets-4-dummies-signal-processing-fourier-transforms-and-heisenberg/

It's quite an interesting read and may help those wishing to understand the background and theory a bit more.
