Stepper focuser

Hi,

I got the rest of the components for my Focuser yesterday and get the stepper going forwards and backwards ok on the bench, just need to finish the app and then I'll have a maual focuser driven from the laptop.

Good thing with the stepper board it uses a HID driver and does not use another COM port, cool eh!

After I complete the manual app I'm going to try to write the ASCOM Wrapper for it.
