People have suggested radio astronomy so many times during spells of bad weather that i'm seriously considering it !!

Take a look at http://www.astronomycentre.org.uk/mugshots/aac_mem.htm  there is a guy here who is doing a bit of microwave radio astronomy (Andy Sieroslawski)
