Phew! - Good work Mark - I can cross rotation of possible reasons for the problems I am seeing. I'd be interested in seeing the maths at some time.

John have you checked your software is not purposely moving the image inbetween subs or that there is a delay in the guide pulses inbetween subs that would allow some small drift?
