What's this section for?

This Announcements, Meetings, Events section is for public announcements and discussions about the meetings, observing sessions, outings, camps and other events which are (or have been) organised by the OAS. Formal announcements should go to the main website.

The Behind the Scenes section should be used if a discussion should only be seen by members of the OAS.

Another section (Chat, for instance) appropriate to the event's nature should be used if an event is not being organised by the OAS.

Good idea Rick. It makes a lot more sense to have a seperate section for these kind of entries.
