What beautiful images. I was at a local concert last night but had half the audience out in the car park at the end with my binos. It was truely a wonderful sight, first time I've seen it so clearly.

Nice one Chris - did you do the complete eclipse - I only stayed up till totality too knackered after that... I'll post a few images later... I also messed with the SC3 & tried a cluster in Gemini - tried LRGB so I am hoping to record some star colours... not sure how successful this will be though.

I only did the 1st half because I was doing some other imaging on my new EQ6 setup and also it clouded over as well.  So no, but I can do a nice set of images upto totality.

The setup was and ED80, EOS300D and Tripod, exposures upto totality was 640th Second at F7.5 ISO200 then 1/2 seconds at ISO1600 to get the orange.
