Hi,
just wondered how the trip went today and are we likely to see any new equipment at DSC, when I say new equipment I meant new to the members as looking at some of the scopes they are quite old, and I couldn't work out how they attached the webcam to the scopes back then.

We all had a great time today at the museum, spent almost two hours being shown around. They even let us handle some of the items.  A fantastic array of equipment although very sad to see it all tucked away in storage.  An exhibition is planned in the Science Museum for 2008 so hopefully some of it will get an airing.

For those going on friday the entrance is to the left of the post office (just behind the Olympia building).
