Canon Digital Photo Professional problem
« on: Jan 21, 2018, 12:51:18 »
Hope someone has a clue.

my tabs  and layout buttons are missing at the bottom of the screen. tried everything to get them back, to no avail, driving me nuts. thought I would have a casual day, and have been tearing my hair out on this for hours

  Thanks

Fay

I have DPP Fay, but don't have any tabs or layout buttons at the bottom of mine, can you do a screenshot and indicate on it what you are expecting.

Fay never used it but assume there must be a view mode or preferences button or something where you can adjust layout - bit like Photoshop/ Lightroom where you can have tons of different layouts & tabs active or inactive etc.  John

well I have done a couple of updates, that did not seem right, so deleted and started again. i seem to have it working now except there are certain images, old and new, that wont open in DPP, just get a black square with a ? in it.  i will ring Canon tomorrow, as cant get my head around that either. not had it before
