New Member Introductory Note
« on: Sep 22, 2016, 12:38:35 »
Hi All
Just a note to Introduce myself.

I joined as a member about 2 years after Gilbert started the OAS. After 3 years, My job as an electrical engineer
required me to travel and my membership lapsed. I've always had an interest in astronomy and had a telescope from a young age. Now that I'm retired I've rejoined the OAS.  My interest is principally deep sky, particularly variable stars.

Regards
MikeL

Hi Mike. Thanks for introducing yourself. You should now be able to see the OAS-specific parts of the forum.
