Bubble Nebula in Ha from kelling Heath

It was not supposed to be clear last night, but in fact it was clear but very murky about 30 degrees downwards.  This object eventually moved into the murk, so I stopped imaging.  Apparently if was fog.

That's an excellent Bubble - very smooth.

It was clear Sunday, Monday and Tuesday after you left Mark.  Monday had some fog affecting visibility certainly anything lower than 45 degrees latitude - which was the night I took this bubble, so pretty pleased with the result in the circumstances.  Bubble was not on the planned list, just something to do while I was waiting for my main target to appear, but by then the fog had got too bad and had to stop.

Mono imaging is certainly a lot easier than colour.
