I have a new scope on order a 8" F10 LX200R tube, everyone say ahhhhhh!

mickw

Ooh,
You realise , of course,  that for a mere 2k extra, you could have ordered the 14"  ;)
Will you be imaging through it ?
After your 80mm images, I can't wait............

Hi Mick,

Who say's I'm only going to end up with one of these?

Yes I bought it because its going to probably slot in and replace the VC200L and the 10" Reflector which is excellent, but tooooooo big.  I've been keeping my eye on these scopes to see if they perform well on DSO's and Planets, here's a couple of examples.

Just need to save up for the ST10XME so don't expect my images to be that good, its sitting on a £5k mount with a £5k camera on the back.
