Now the weather has turned, I've finished processing the last images I took during the long spell of good weather we had:

LBN 248 in Cygnus - RHaGB

One bright nebula that does not get imaged often.  The area contains LBN248 which is quite colourful and beautiful but also some van den Bergh objects and plenty of open clusters overlaying an active Ha region.

MWP 1 and Alv 1 - Faint Planetary Nebulae in Cygnus - HaOIIIRGB

Two very faint, recently discovered nebulae in Cygnus:  Motch-Werner-Pakull 1 (MWP 1) and Alves 1 (Alv 1).  MWP 1, also called the Methuselah Nebula, was discovered in 1993.  Alv 1 was discovered in 2009.    Tough targets to be imaged from London under full Moon.

Although riding high in the night sky, this area suffers from sitting above the heavy light pollution dome of London to the north.  Had to contend with heavy gradients but enough exposure yielded good results from my location.  Usual tandem setup controlled by Voyager Advanced.

This is a fantastic object and field full of other background objects; check the annotated image at the link above.

It certainly was, but unfortunately for most of it l was stuck for a suitable target that l hadn't done before.
