Observing Officers report.

     Some of you may be wondering what has happened to the Observing Officers report for the past month or so. Just to put you in the picture, due to technical difficulties ... like laptop going up the spout - and now being sorted  - I will continue to assemble them very soon.

     I had done the February (notes for March) one but didn`t put it on a memory stick - my bad, so couldn`t transfer it onto Rose`s laptop which I am using. When I have my own laptop back I will get it sorted, as they say.
