Title: Useful LP link for choosing DSC venues
Post by: Carole on Jan 08, 2011, 11:31:55
Just found this link on another forum.

Half way down the page are maps and view of the night sky, you can zoom in on areas to see how much light pollution there is.  Also has camp sites marked.

Wasn't sure where to put this but as it's to do with "Events", I put it here for future reference.

You could even have found it on this forum!

It's how we chose Rother Valley for DSC (http://forum.orpington-astronomy.org.uk/index.php?topic=6103.msg36965#msg36965)
