thinking about our conversation last night, I feel I didn't stress enough that if you had any evidence of atmospheric interference when you imaged Saturn, then your technique is very good.
Have another crack when the seeing is excellent and that Cassini division will be much crisper. Just out of interest, what software did you use for processing? A little work in that department may bring out details that you're not yet aware of :wink:
