Title: M45 - The Pleiades Cluster - 2x2 mosaic - LRGB
Post by: Roberto on Oct 24, 2020, 18:21:06
A 2x2 mosaic of the beautiful Pleiades cluster in Taurus. Added luminance from the smaller FoV of the larger telescope to the luminance extracted from the RGB frames of the ASI2600MC on the smaller scope and processed from there as regular LRGB.

See the annotated image at the link above for all the other objects hanging around, including some background galaxies.  Also check the full resolution versions.

I could have done with more acquisition time to show more of the faint IFN dust but the weather has been atrocious and I was lucky to capture as much during the New Moon.

Terrific Roberto
Amazing amount of nebulosity and the star colour is very good.
