I have tried 3 different Browsers and each of them is saying the following.

That is quite peculiar. Have you got your TV licence? Are you using any VPN program that would allow you to watch foreign TV stations without paying their tv licence fees? (I have heard about people doing that to make their computers virtually appear to be in a different country i.e. Poland to watch their local TV instead of the British broadcast)
I clicked the link and was connected straight away no problem.

Must have been difficult to learn all those words, not only fast, but not very repetitive either.
