Title: Daylight Moon (from back in May)
Post by: Rick on Jul 19, 2020, 11:36:03
Here's a point-and-click photo of the Moon taken with my Canon PowerShot SX530 HS at full zoom (215.0mm, which is apparently the equivalent of about 1200mm for a 35mm camera) at about 20:15 UTC on 2020 May 2nd.

...mostly posted to check that the gallery can still be used for uploading and posting pictures, and that the relevant links still function following the Surprise Server Update (http://forum.orpington-astronomy.org.uk/index.php?topic=12078.0) earlier this week.

Thanks for your work on sorting out the gallery Rick, seems odd to see you posting images but nice photo.
