Title: Flying Dragons - more data from Kelling
Post by: Carole on Oct 02, 2019, 10:57:02
Am working on a bigger FOV version of this but only managed to get Ha at kelling, so this is the original colour with a further 2 hours of ha added at Kelling.  I think it is better than the original, but still very noisy.  A very faint target.

So now: A mixture of scopes and cameras,

7 hours 10 mins on Ha
1 hour 35mins RGB
Total 8 hours 45 minutes

An even more recent process using a tip by Olly Penrice to bring out the fainter nebulosity:

This is the Kelling process

Amazing; what length subs were you using?

Thanks Noel.  600secs.  When I get a chance and the guiding is spot on I will do some longer subs.
Still a WIP.
