Wonderful example of a faked Milky Way, this time in National Geographic:
https://petapixel.com/2019/05/07/this-milky-way-photo-on-nat-geo-is-raising-eyebrows/
Not only has the dark Pipe Nebula been clone stamped multiple times but the right hand side of the Milky Way now has 2 dark lanes!
In the Nat Geographic article, https://www.nationalgeographic.com/science/2019/04/diamond-nights_beth-moon/ the Quiver trees photo from Namibia includes Cygnus, i.e. a Northern hemisphere Milky Way!
[Later Edit] Someone else has identified quite a lot more cloning in the same image: http://disq.us/p/21nu5xu

It's purely a an artificially created image and should state so.
As many of the comments state it is an insult to decent astrophotographers, especially if she got paid for this.
