I have a Canon MG3250 printer which normally works OK but now won't print saying there is a problem. Been through all the suggestions except reinstalling the drivers (wherever they are??), it's printed out a test page OK instigated from the PC and everything looks fine and it gives the driver name OK.
Any ideas, and does any-one have Teamviewer and wouldn't mind doing a quick session to see if they can work out what is going on.
Have had no problem with it up until now. I put new ink in 2 or 3 weeks ago but has been printing OK since then.
It's OK, a computer reboot seems to have fixed it.
