Title: Witch Head nebula - experiment for future plan
Post by: Carole on Nov 04, 2018, 03:22:18
Was at Cairds for 2 nights.

An experiment to see what I could get in the FOV, with less than an hour between it rising and before clouds arriving.  For obvious reasons it is VERY noisy.   Not sure what that "glow" is bottom right.

So only 3 x 10mins Lum
2 each of RGB 150 binned x 2

Total 45mins

WOZS71/Atik460EX

Lots of plane tram lines needed cloning out.  With so few subs could not afford to throw any away.

So given me confidence to try it again for real, given the opportunity (i.e. being at a dark location at the right time).
