Title: Frustrating
Post by: Carole on Aug 27, 2018, 22:39:55
I am in the Dingle peninsula in a rural area,
one of the darkest places in Ireland.  Sat24
seems to indicate the sky ought to be clear,
yet l can't see a single star. Not even the brightest
Magnitude ones.

Not that l have any equipment with me, but it
Would have been nice to have seen a really dark clear
Sky.

It is so dark l can barely make out the outline of any trees.

I am only here for one night.

Just looked at Sat24 - Ireland is definitely covered by a uniform grey.  What a shame  :(
