Title: Disk drives for sale
Post by: RobertM on Jul 31, 2018, 09:49:40

I've got three Seagate Barracuda 3000GB 3.5" SATA disk drives I'm looking to get rid of since I changed over to 8TB units.  All three have been securely wiped and tested to ensure there are no bad sectors.  I'd like £20 for each.

The exact model is ST3000DM001

PM me if interested.

Thanks
Robert

Are these back up drives that can be plugged into a usb socket on the computer?

Two have gone, one left.

Carole, they are internal drives.

NO!  That leaves the drive's electronics exposed - easily short circuited and destroyed.

Try an enclosed caddy instead:
