Saw it live on YouTube ~ fantastic!

The return by the two booster rockets almost at the same time was amazing!

Did the first stage make it OK to the drone pad?

Yes, rumour has it the first stage ran out of fuel before it could do its final landing, and ended up hitting the water at 500km/h.

There are quite a few conspiracy theories doing the rounds about what else might have been in that payload. ;)
