The websites and email were down between approximately 15:30 on 3rd November and 08:15 on 4th November.

I've asked for an explanation from Euro-Space, but while the service was down I couldn't find information anywhere.
I will also be looking for alternative web-hosting providers...

I have exactly no information about the cause of the outage yet. As far as I can tell, the hosting service's entire system was down. A DoS attack? A complete power outage? A severed network cable? A disgruntled employee having some fun on their last day? Anything is possible. Speculation is probably a waste of time. I am waiting for a reply to my ticket...
Circumstantial evidence gathered so far suggests physical system down-time was the primary problem.
