Just wonder if anyone has had this update and what it affects , cant see anything useful to me though.

There have been some reported issues with RDP.
If you are using a remote desktop via an app like RDPWrap (because Windows 10 Home Premium has RDP disabled) - expect problems as Microsoft attempt to blockout third party apps.

I believe RDPWrap have this update covered
