Title: Modified Canon 1100D
Post by: Carole on Jan 09, 2017, 10:23:27
As you probably know my 450D died on me and I am looking out for a replacement as there are still occasions when a DSLR is useful even though I generally use Mono CCD.

I have seen a Baader modified 1100D with low shutter count for sale, I am pretty sure this was one of the recommended models at one time for DS imaging - I think it has BULB Mode and Live view - does any-one agree or disagree with this?   Also have a feeling Duncan had/has one.  So long as it does the job I am not fussed about it being an older model.

Any feedback?

Carole

I've got a completely de-filtered one that was Roberts, very nice camera, quite good battery life as well.

Thanks Duncan, that's what I wanted to hear.
