........................................ keep getting snap google message, and have to reload. progress circle goes on and on, have to end the program. This has been happening for about a month now. i have tried everything I can, to no avail. it is a i7 processor, 8 gb memory, 64 bit op system.

has anyone any ideas?

Thanks Mike, I have done one of the suggestions, but web sites still freezing. will carry on with the other suggestions tomorrow
