The main OAS website takes proactive defensive action against some types of access, and that includes blacklisting IP addresses at times. If you get an access forbidden message and it persists for more than an hour and a half then please report the problem here, preferably from the SAME computer location as the one you're having trouble with. The forum logs IP addresses, and if you post here then I can see what IP address I need to un-block.
