This was done with the 300mm lens as well, but did not get enough subs due to cloud. 13x600 ha, QSI 583ws, Canon 300mm lens @ F4

Another very nice widefield!
I've never come across the Lobster Claw before. Interesting nebula!
Mark
That's very nice, loads of interesting objects. I hadn't heard of the Lobster Claw either but I might have one for lunch :0
Thanks Duncan, may try and get some more tonight, will be clear for a few hours perhaps
That's different & very nice - puts a lot of objects into context with one another... I like it - John
Thanks John, yes an unusual aspect, but needs lot more subs

It may be clear down here in Normandy for a bit as well. Look out for a couple of Wizards when I've got some 600s darks done!
Did a restack which is a lot better, but does not look so good on here as too small

The new forum restricts images to 800 pixels width as some people were posting ridiculous full sized images.
Just put a link to the full sized image below it.
Mike
I did put some big ones on Mike
Interesting image Fay, also to see it all in context. I like some bits of the original and some bits of the new version, maybe a combi is in order.
Carole
Have you found out what the unknown nebula is yet?
Carole
SH2-157. I have done a better reprocess now, cant be bothered to put it on
