Title: NGC7000/Pelican 170714
Post by: Fay on Jul 18, 2014, 15:03:06
Only had time to get 8x600, as wind and cloud started to get stormy.

i wanted to do the veil , but next doors tree was in the way, so this was plan B.

i was quite happy as i have had a bit of a palavar getting the lens to be ok, dodgy stars etc, although it is F2.8 and the 1.25 internal filter wheel is really only ok with up to F4. i did reverse the camera so not sure if this had something to do with the subs being better quality than they have been.

QSI 583ws, 7nm ha, Canon 100mm F3.5 IS USM L lens.

Fay, if you can find your login details for Astrobin, IMO I think that is a much better place to upload images from.  At least give it a try.
