Title: Samyang/Bower 8mm F/3.5 Fish Eye Lens
Post by: MarkS on Jun 23, 2012, 19:59:53
Was looking at the possibility of a fish-eye lens and came across this one.  It comes sold under various names - Bower, Pro-Optic, Samyang

Inexpensive, looks very suitable for astro-imaging and has good reviews:

It is fully manual (i.e. you must manually adjust focus and aperture) but this is just what you want for astro work.

Price around £240 on Amazon - look for it under Samyang.

How?

Wind, we already have loads,
Rain, we already have loads,
Cloud, we already have loads.

Clear skies, we already have none.
:cheesy:

Ah, Earthquakes.....
haven't had many of those.

Mac.
