Title: A Quick Leo Triplet
Post by: Carole on Apr 18, 2012, 11:05:19
I took this on the night I managed to get my NEQ6 alignment problems sorted out.  It wasn't supposed to be a serious imaging session as I was messing about with alignments but since it is fractionally better than last years attempt, I thought I would post it.  I also would have used the ED120 if I had been seriously attempting to do this object, therefore this is a CROP.

Anyway for what it's worth:
Modified Canon 450D with CLS filter
Skywatcher ED80
Guided with PHD and QHY5 on NEQ6

26 x 5mins 800 ISO  - taken from Bromley

I wouldn't say it was total CROP.
