Title: The test image from the other night
Post by: Rocket Pooch on Nov 29, 2011, 22:11:36
Hi,

This was purely a test to see if all the changes I made worked.

This is a Ha, SII & O3 of the middle part of the Monkey Head nebula, images at 2 meters with the QSI and an AOG, as far as I can tell the image over the 3 hours is approx < 1 pixel out.  All subs 10 minutes, the collimation was out a tad, you can see it on the top left.  The stars though are pretty good at 1.12 arc seconds per pixel.

If you goto Flickr and goto the large version its a lot less noisy.

Small things?  I guess some of the galaxies.
