Another excellent sky in the depths of Kent last night (SQM-L 20.7) but not as good as Friday at Rother Valley DSC (20.9). Temperature fell to -3.5C by 6am. Little dew but lots of ice.
Here is the Cone Nebula and surroundings.
60 x 5min (i.e. 5 hours total exposure) at ISO 800
H-alpha modified Canon 350D on Tak Epsilon 180ED with CLS filter.

It will require many more subs to image all that dust properly

Hi Mark, Lovely FOV & a great start. Again a little too harshly processed (a bit like your first m45) for me - I prefer the softer/ less contrasty approach. Very nice indeed though.
