Title: M1 Crab Nebula Sunday 2nd October High Halden
Post by: The Thing on Oct 05, 2011, 20:47:48
LX90 8" SCT, Baader Alan Gee II Telecompressor, Canon 350Da modded, APT v1.54, QHY5 on guidescope, PHD. Very quick processing in Deep Sky Stacker.

150 minutes (15x600s). This is a crop of the centre area as there was huge amount of amp glow - possibly because it was so warm.

Duncan,

That shows great promise but it looks a little too red.

I'd agree with Mark on the red but considering all the gremlins you brought with you ( :!) it's a good recovery.
